Hello and Welcome...

Amanda Thibert CNP, PCC

Certified Integral and
Health & Wellness Coach

I bring to coaching the simple desire to be value added. My mission is to support you in bringing your best-self forward so that you may engage with what life brings in a way that promotes joy, connection and growth.

Whatever your topic, the aim is to merge the mind, body and heart to create meaningful change and develop the ability to self-generate, self-correct and self-sustain.

I have been a nurse practitioner at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates in Boston for 25 years, specializing in pediatrics, adolescent and young adult medicine. Having cared for thousands of patients and their families, I have been witness to the capacity for learning, growth, love, resiliency and healing that is possible for each of us. Insight and wisdom can come as easily from a 4 year old as from one who is 80.

“Life happens” to anyone who is breathing.  The meanings we attach to our experiences and how we choose to respond are up to us.  Coaching, like medicine, combines evidence-based, scientific approaches with the art of communication, intuition and compassion.

I believe time is our most precious commodity and therefore how we choose to spend it is crucial.   As John Wooden has said, “If you don’t have time to do it right, when will you have time to do it over?”
